P.R.A.N.A.M. Event Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver

Organization: Progressive and Resilient Association – Noble American Mission (P.R.A.N.A.M.)

By submitting the Zeffy registration form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to abide the following Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver.

• Admission & Tickets

• A valid ticket or registration confirmation is required for entry to the venue.
• Tickets and registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-replaceable if lost.
•  In the event that the scheduled artist is unavailable or unable to perform due to Force Majeure or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, no refund will be provided. 
• Re-entry is permitted only if authorized by the registration team.

• Registration & Eligibility

• Participation is open to individuals of all ages unless otherwise specified.
• Registration must be completed by the announced deadline and must contain accurate contact information.
• The Registration Authority reserves the right to verify any registration at any time and take appropriate action if any unregistered person is found at the event venue.

• Children & Minors

• Children must remain under the supervision of a parent, or legal guardian always.
• P.R.A.N.A.M. does not assume custodial responsibility for minors. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for their safety and conduct.

• Security & Prohibited Items

• All attendees may be subject to security screening upon entry.
• Weapons, illegal substances, alcohol, vape, smoking, and other prohibited items are not permitted.

• Code of Conduct

• All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward performers, volunteers, vendors, staff, and fellow guests.
• P.R.A.N.A.M. is a nonprofit charitable organization that promotes an inclusive culture and community spirit. PRANAM welcomes people of all backgrounds and stands against discrimination based on religion, race, language, color, or political affiliation.
• Disruptive behavior, harassment, intoxication, offensive language, political messaging, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

• Seating & Venue Rules

• Please occupy only assigned seat, where applicable.
• Keep aisles, exits, and emergency pathways always clear.
• Follow all instructions provided by event staff and venue personnel.

• Emergency & Safety

• In the event of an emergency, immediately follow directions from event staff or security personnel.
• First aid and emergency assistance will be available on-site.
• Medical Authorization: In the event of a medical emergency, P.R.A.N.A.M. volunteers or event staff may contact emergency medical services (911). Attendees are responsible for all medical expenses incurred. P.R.A.N.A.M. does not provide medical insurance for participants or attendees.

• Food & Merchandise

• Food, beverages, and merchandise will be available only through authorized vendors.
• Unauthorized sales, solicitations, or promotional activities are prohibited.

• Food Allergy Notice

• Food served at the event may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, shellfish, and soy.
• Attendees are responsible for exercising their own discretion before consuming food.

• Photography, Video & Media Release

• By attending or participating, I grant P.R.A.N.A.M. permission to photograph, audio record, video record, livestream, and otherwise capture my image, voice, likeness, and performance in any media now known or later developed for promotional, archival, educational, fundraising, and social media purposes without compensation or further notice.

• Safety & Liability

• P.R.A.N.A.M. will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants, attendees but will not be held responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to belongings during the event.

• Personal Property

• Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings. 
• P.R.A.N.A.M. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

• Release of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, I and anyone claiming on my behalf release and forever discharge P.R.A.N.A.M., its officers, directors, volunteers, employees, sponsors, affiliates, representatives, partners, contractors, agents, successors, and anyone claiming through them (collectively, the "Released Parties"), in their individual and/or corporate capacities from causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which I may have against Releasee or any Released Parties arising out of or relating to any injury, loss or damage to person and property that may be sustained as a result of participation in the Activity ("Claims").
• I understand that PRANAM will not take custodial responsibility of minors participating in the event. Custodial responsibility will remain with parents, legal guardians, and chaperones. 
• I understand that participation in the Activity involves inherent risks, including risk of physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent paralysis and/or death, and I assume all related risks and voluntarily participate in the Activity.
• I agree to indemnify Releasee against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, liabilities, judgments, including attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to my participation in the Event or Activity.
• This Release for Participation in Event or Activity ("Release") shall not be in any way construed as an admission by the Releasee that it has acted wrongfully with respect to me or any other person, that it admits liability or responsibility at any time for any purpose, or that I have any rights whatsoever against the Releasee.
• This Release shall be binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors and assigns. I have the authority to release the Claims and have not assigned or transferred any Claims to any other party. The provisions of this Release are severable. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements or understandings between the parties concerning the subject matter of this Release. This Release may not be altered, amended or modified, except by a written document signed by both parties. The terms of this Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas
• By purchasing this food registration pass and/or musical concert tickets, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending this event and waive any and all claims against Progressive and Resilient Association Noble American Mission (P.R.A.N.A.M.), including those arising from the negligence of Progressive and Resilient Association Noble American Mission (P.R.A.N.A.M.) or its volunteers or affiliates, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Progressive and Resilient Association Noble American Mission (P.R.A.N.A.M.) from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of my actions or participation in the event.

• Indemnification

• I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless P.R.A.N.A.M. and its representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, or attorney's fees arising from my actions or participation in the event.

• Event Changes & Cancellation

• P.R.A.N.A.M. reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event due to weather, venue restrictions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible of significant changes.

• Performance Participation

• Performers must arrive on time and follow all instructions provided by event coordinators. 
• P.R.A.N.A.M. reserves the right to modify the program schedule, performance order, or duration as necessary. 
• Failure to comply with event guidelines may result in removal from the performance schedule without compensation.
• Participants are responsible for their costumes, props, and personal equipment unless otherwise arranged.

• Refund Policy

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be allowed for no show, exchange or transfer. 
• Changes to the event schedule, performers, or program do not qualify for refunds.

• Parking

• Parking is at the owner's risk. 
• P.R.A.N.A.M. is not responsible or liable for theft, damage, or loss involving vehicles or their contents.

• Governing Law

• This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
• If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

• Acceptance of Terms

• Submission of the Zeffy registration form, purchase of a ticket or food registration, or attendance at the event constitutes my acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver.
• I confirm that I’m at least 18 years of age, or if registering on behalf of a minor, I’m the parent or legal guardian with the authority to accept these terms on the minor's behalf.
• I acknowledge that I have carefully read this agreement, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily waive certain legal rights, including the right to bring certain claims against P.R.A.N.A.M., to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law.
