RELEASE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIVATE EVENT OR ACTIVITY In exchange for participation in the upcoming event,

organized by:

PROGRESSIVE AND RESILIENT ASSOCIATION - NOBLE AMERICAN MISSION (P.R.A.N.A.M),

I hereby agree as follows:

1. I understand that PRANAM will not take custodial responsibility of minors participating in the event. Custodial responsibility will remain with parents, legal guardians, and chaperones.

2. I and anyone claiming on my behalf release and forever discharge Releasee and its affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents and anyone claiming through them (collectively, the "Released Parties"), in their individual and/or corporate capacities from causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which I may have against Releasee or any Released Parties arising out of or relating to any injury, loss or damage to person and property that may be sustained as a result of participation in the Activity ("Claims").

4. I understand that participation in the Activity involves inherent risks, including risk of physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent paralysis and/or death, and I assume all related risks and voluntarily participate in the Activity.

3. I agree to indemnify Releasee against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, liabilities, judgments, including attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to my participation in the Event or Activity.

4. This Release for Participation in Event or Activity ("Release") shall not be in any way construed as an admission by the Releasee that it has acted wrongfully with respect to me or any other person, that it admits liability or responsibility at any time for any purpose, or that I have any rights whatsoever against the Releasee.

5. This Release shall be binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors and assigns. I have the authority to release the Claims and have not assigned or transferred any Claims to any other party. The provisions of this Release are severable. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements or understandings between the parties concerning the subject matter of this Release. This Release may not be altered, amended or modified, except by a written document signed by both parties. The terms of this Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas

6. I am over the age of 18 and have carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this Release and am freely, knowingly and voluntarily entering into this Release, I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue.

P.R.A.N.A.M. Live musical concert Terms and Conditions:

Event Date: September 27, 2025

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, attendees must adhere to the following terms and conditions during the event:

1. Entry & Identification

A valid ticket is required for entry.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-replaceable if lost.
Re-entry is not permitted unless explicitly allowed by event staff.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Participation is open to individuals and groups of all age categories.
All participants must register by the specified deadline. Late entries may not be accepted.
Registration must include accurate personal/contact information

3. Security Screening

All guests are subject to security checks.
Prohibited items include (but are not limited to): weapons, illegal substances, outside food/beverages, large bags, alcohols.

4. Code of Conduct

Please maintain respectful and courteous behavior toward all attendees, artists, and staff.
Any form of disruptive behavior, intoxication, or harassment will result in removal from the venue without refund.
Content that includes offensive language, political messaging, or inappropriate themes will not be permitted.

5. Emergency & Safety

Follow all instructions from security and staff in the event of an emergency.
Medical and first aid assistance will be available onsite.

6. Seating & Access

Please occupy only your assigned seats.
Keep aisles and exits clear at all times.

7. Children & Families

Children are welcome but must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their children’s safety and conduct.

8. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in the case of event cancellation.
Changes to event schedule or lineup do not qualify for refunds.

9. Vendors & Merchandise

Merchandise and refreshments will be available inside the venue through authorized vendors only.
No unauthorized sales or promotions are allowed on site.

10. Safety & Liability

P.R.A.N.A.M. will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants, attendees but will not be held responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to belongings during the event.

11. Media & Consent

By participating, all performers grant P.R.A.N.A.M. the right to record, photograph, and share performances for promotional, archival, and fundraising purposes.
P.R.A.N.A.M. reserves the right to use participant names, images, and recordings on social media and other promotional platforms.

12. Cancellation & Changes

P.R.A.N.A.M. reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, participants will be informed as early as possible.

13. Agreement

Submission of the Ziffy registration form will be considered as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
